Manga is a Japenese comic, not a show.
Anime is a show based on a manga (which pretty much makes it Japanese)
Get it straight, THEN VOTE.
Personally, Lori here likes manga better, even though anime is entertaining and stuff. Manga doesn't miss any characters, while the anime series will remove some scenes and such.
So one vote for manga! XD

Make that 2, Galy! I voted for manga because I think it's more entertaining than the anime. Mangas you can take somewhere, and read them any time you want. Plus the same reasons you put. But when it comes to the video games, if they have one for it, I still usually prefer the manga.

Yes. Anime can also have annoying music. And you know, by annoying, I mean ANNOYING. For instance. Lucky Star's opening on the anime drives me nuts. Though Elfen Lied has a peaceful opening, the manga on Elfen Lied is more longer and entertaining. You can also understand stuff more (ei. the plot) in manga because you're reading it. On anime it just kind of comes and then goes and you can't press backwards on your remote all the time.

Sometimes I have to oppose my own vote, though. Wolf's Rain is my favorite anime, but the manga wasn't too good, with only two volumes and all... I like the Death Note manga better because the anime is kind of weird and DISCOLORED ~cough Matt (Miat) & Near cough~

No matter what, it's gonna take a lot of reading and watching of Wolf's Rain until you finally get the plot. XD When Matt appeared on the anime, I didn't know he was miscolored. Then I researched, and fuck, the red-hair's a lot better. D:
Another thing is Ouran... On the anime, Eclair is basically the ending. But on the manga, there is NO ECLAIR, and it's still going on at the moment!
